Edward Ware Homes has been developing brownfield sites since 1996 and has quickly gained a reputation for architectural excellence as their striking apartments and townhouses have helped shape the new urban landscape of Bristol city centre. 

Land Promotion

The role of our professionally qualified and determined in-house team is to deliver planning consents in the shortest possible timeframe whilst optimising land value for our clients.

Our team have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of current planning policy and legislation, and are the ideal partner for landowners.

Our Promotional Agreements commit us to making planning applications within 3 months of signing the agreement.  Not only do we pay all costs and fees associated with the planning application including appeal costs, we commit to capping fees to a maximum of £100,000 per application.

Our fee for delivering a planning permission is only paid once the site has been sold.
